Hofer |
Preston is a
Director of CBIZ, leading the Litigation and Valuation Services
team in Colorado, and is a Partner with Mayer Hoffman
McCann. Preston's practice consists primarily of matters
relating to income taxation and litigation consulting. He
has been appointed as an expert witness on many marital
dissolution cases involving complex tax, trust, valuation and
separate property issues.
Preston is a CPA in Colorado and
South Dakota, received his BA in accounting from the University
of South Dakota and his Master of Taxation from the University
of Denver. He is a regular speaker on family law
conferences.

Eric Six |
Eric is a
Director of CBIZ and a Partner with Mayer Hoffman McCann.
A Colorado native, he is a CPA and is accredited by the AICPA in
Business Valuation. Eric has served as an expert witness
on a variety of marital dissolution cases, including those
involving business valuation, separate property tracing,
lifestyle analysis, and gross income determination. Eric
recently presented to the Colorado Family Law Institute on
valuation of stock options.
Before joining CBIZ, Eric's
experience included many business valuation engagements
for corporate financial, tax compliance and financial reporting;
as well as audit, business valuation and litigation support
experience with Coopers & Lybrand. Eric holds a BS in
Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Steve
McBride |
Steve qualified
as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst in 2003, and since then
has been trained in collaborative divorce, business valuation,
mediation and advanced family law issues. He is a regular
contributor to
Divorce Edition on divorce
financial and tax issues.
Steve is passionate about helping
his clients understand the financial implications of their
divorce and to prepare financially for their future. He
combines logic, skill, compassion, calm with a bit of humor to
help his clients work through the difficult issues of their
divorce. He understands the stress and grief that
accompany divorce, and also that many people need considerable
support when going through the divorce process.
Steve holds a BS from Nebraska
Wesleyan University and an MPIA from the University of
Pittsburgh. His previous career was in management
consulting, working with businesses, public sector organizations
and not-for-profits to help them improve performance through
better leadership, people development and planning. Steve is a
Board Director of the Colorado Collaborative Law Professionals,
a member of three collaborative practice groups, a Professional
Mediator with Colorado Council of Mediators, and Patron of the
Colorado Bar, and a member of the National Association of
Certified Valuation Analysts He is a musician, artist and former
rugby player and coach.
